Tracy was very professional and personable throughout the process of completing my Level 2 survey. The report was comprehensive with no stone unturned which ensured I knew everything about the property I have now purchased. Tracy very recently did a survey on a house I was buying , she came very highly recommended.

Tracy was recommended locally and was quick to respond to an initial enquiry with all the information I needed. The timescale that Tracy worked to in arranging and carrying out the building survey and then supplying a detailed report was impressive, but the thing that made a real difference for me was the time she made available to discuss the report with me afterwards.
